We believe a lot of suffering could be avoided (for parents and children alike) if people had the skills, knowledge and support to shift out of negative patterns and into healthier ones.
We’re here to serve Fathers on their journeys to become integrated men who can effectively express their love and lead their families, by facilitating groups, teaching, and one-on-one coaching.
Meet Noah
Co-Founder, Council of Fathers
Noah is a father of three, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and a longtime guide in heart-centered healing and transformation. As the founder of Heartseed Health and co-creator of Fathering from the Heart, he weaves somatics, ritual, and depth psychology into modern fatherhood — helping men reclaim connection with their bodies, their lineage, and the sacred task of raising the next generation.
For over 15 years, Noah has worked at the intersection of healing and initiation — supporting individuals and communities in navigating life’s thresholds with presence, courage, and love. His approach integrates Chinese medicine, mythopoetic men’s work, and systems thinking, inviting fathers to embody the “Spirit-Keeper” within their families — the one who tends the unseen dimensions of home and heart.
When he’s not teaching or tending his practice in Boulder, you’ll find him with his wife and kids, camping in the mountains, cooking over an open fire, or singing under the stars.
Meet Dave
As far back as I can remember I’ve been a traveler. From coast to coast, from Europe to Asia, I’ve toured the world in search of new experiences and insights. My travels landed me in Boulder to dig into eastern philosophy and western psychology, and to start a family.
Since 2006, I’ve been teaching professionals around the country to help people make positive changes in their lives. And since 2012, I’ve been trying to help myself do the same as a dad. I also work as a therapist in my private practice “Life on Purpose.”
My dream is to one day start a band with me on guitar, my son on drums, and my daughter on bass. My daughter prefers the recorder, but hey we’ve got time and Red Rocks isn’t going anywhere ;)
We can help.
