Join a Community of Fathers in an exploration of practices for

  • Embodiment

We all live in bodies. Our ability to be embodied is directly connected to our ability to present. This is essential for our children. Not mention childhood is a body-centric phase of life - intellectual and emotional capacities are built on how we inhabit our bodies. We’ll learn and play ourselves into a fuller experience of embodiment.

  • Heart-Centeredness

Love is vital to our role as fathers. But sometimes it lives as an idea in our heads more than as an emanation from our hearts. We’ll explore how to drop into our hearts to create closer, sweeter, and more meaningful bonds with our children.

  • Mindfulness

The mind is a powerful element of our being. We’ll deepen our understanding of how it works and engage in new ways of experiencing our thoughts and awareness. These lessons will play into our parenting and into our lives overall.

  • Soulfulness

At the center of it all is a mysterious and innefable quality we call Soul. The more attuned and connected we our to our souls, the more we are able to model a way of living that’s inspired, joyful, creative, and meaningful for our children. We’ll experiment with dropping in deeper and listening to the still small voice and we’ll unpack what implications that has for our parenting.
