That said, we are committed to creating a space and providing practices and activities that gently stretch you. We’ll never abandon our commitment to gentleness and support, but that won’t stop us from helping you stretch into who you’re meant to become, while you shed old layers you no longer need.

When: Wednesdays 3:30pm - 5:30pm February 5th, February 19th, March 5th, March 19th, April 2nd, April 16th, and April 30th, and May 14th

Where: Heartseed Homestead - 372 Lefthand Canyon Dr. Boulder, CO 80302
