Our Hearts Go Out…

It's been a strange and difficult start to the New Year here on the Front Range in Colorado after the recent fires. Our hearts go out to everyone and anyone impacted by the fires.

What we've been seeing (and participating in), is a huge out-pouring of love-in-action to support the families that lost their homes. It gives us hope for the future of humanity and for our planet.

If you're looking for a way to contribute or volunteer we highly recommend The Boulder Reporting Laas a great source of information.

On another note, we released today a new episode of our Podcast called "Principles for Fatherhood." It's the first in a series where we explore some ideas around how to be our best selves as parents

We also started a new 6-month cohort this week, which as always was phenomenal and uplifting. I can't get over how powerful it is to sit in a group of fathers to connect in an intentional way.

We're currently in the process of planning out the day-retreats coming up later this spring, so stay tuned. The day retreats are a great way to get engaged and involved in the community without a six month commitment.

Finally, with Omicron doing it's thing we're all bound to experience disruptions here and there. Don't forget to breathe and find ways to let out steam when you need it.

With open hearts,

Dave and Noah
